Greetings to all,

I praise God for October that just went. My family was blessed by the marriage of our oldest son Hyppolite and Nina in Paris, France. Please pray that God will lead their new life.

November is already full with my schedule that need your prayer support for:

1. The national prayer breakfast organized by the Government will take place in November 12. Guests from Germany, Switzerland, Rwanda, Democratic Republic of Congo, Gabon will join us. I am the vice president of the committee after the President who is the Minister of the General Secretary of the Government. Please pray that all our guests will arrive safely and be able to deliver their messages on "Love your neighbor"

2. Right after the Prayer Breakfast, CIDEL will conduct leadership seminars with the leaders of the Ministry of Education (november 13 and 15) and the members of the Parliament in November 14.

3. CIDEL has also scheduled a leadership conference for the students of the university of Bangui for November 18th. The speaker will be one of the John C. Maxwell's coach for the Francophone African countries who will come from Gabon.

4. I will preach in a wedding ceremony in November 9th

5. From November 20-27, 2019, I will be in Douala Cameroon as the key speaker of the national conference of the Pastors of our churches.

CIDEL is organizing a serie of leadership training from June 17-18 with the Police officers and June 19-20 with church leaders in our Center of Ethics at the University of Bangui.

Also, I was asked to present a topic on leadership during the governmental seminars scheduled for June 26-28, 2019.

Pray for wisdom, strength and good impact on the participants.

Dear prayer supporters

The seminars scheduled for the parliament was postponed. We just got an approval to offer seminars to the Police officiers from june 17-18 following by the church leaders june 19-20. Two Pointman experts from Swiss will join us to conduct the modules on the power of character and the prevention of corruption.

Pray that we can reach the number of 100 participants for the Police and 150 for church leaders. Pray for strenght as I feel tired. Pray for CIDEL staff to be more involved.

We are also preparing a retreat with some members of CIDEL to review the statutes and activities if CIDEL based on the 14 years of experience. We want to reinforce the vision of CIDEL to meet the great need.

Dear prayer supporters,

Wisdom is greatly needed for those in positions of authority in my country. The Government put together in March 4th after the peace agreement in Karthoum/Sudan was denied by the armed groups who said that the government is not inclusive. Last week another peace talk gathered the Government and the 14 leaders of the armed groups in Addis Ababa/Ethiopia. The results of that meeting is a new Government published in March 22 with 38 members compared the 34 in March 4th. Many leaders from the Armed groups became members of the Government.

We are concerned because there is no disarmament done among those armed groups; We appreciate your prayers that God will change the hearts of those who are leading the country now. Pray that peace will come back and that all the armed groups will cease to kill the peaceful population.

God is giving me the opportunity to minister. Pray that God will grant me with wisdom as I continue to serve him among different leaders.

Pray also that God will allow me and my wife to visit the churches this year in the USA. Barb Wooler is willing to contact churches and friends to set a program for our visit if God provides. We want to present the ministry of CIDEL and Encompass during the visit.

Dear prayer supporters,

You have prayed for the new of God intervention in the change in the CAR Government after the peace agreement signed between the Government and the armed groups.

Yesterday a new Government of 35 Ministers appointed by the Prime Minister and the approval of the President was published. 18 former Ministers are still in the new Government over the 35. Representant of the Armed Groups are also included in the Inclusive Government.

Mr Maxime BALALOU, former Deputy of the Director of the Prime Minister cabinet is now appointed as the Minister Secretary of the Government. He is the President of the national prayer breakfast. Maxime has initiated the prayer breakfast after he was with the Prime Minister to the Berlin International Gathering (Prayer Breakfast of the German Parliament) as I coordinated that encounter.

Continue to pray that the new government will demonstrate a good governance that will bring peace and reconciliation throughout the country.

Dear prayer supporters,

Yesterday, the Prime Minister of the CAR appointed by the President has resigned from his position as requested by the Political Peace Agreement in Khartoum.

Now, the President has to nominate a new Prime Minister asap. The Prime Minister will than put together his Government with personalities from the Armed Groups as well as the civil society.

We appreciate your prayer for wisdom as the President of the country is seeking someone to take this highest leadership position in the country.

1. God is so good to CIDEL for 13 years of impact on those in positions of authority from family to the church and in the workplace and Government.

2. CIDEL's presence within the University of Bangui and the opportunity to train students who will become godly leaders of conviction, wisdom and courage to transform the nation

3. God's provision of a new coordinator of the Center of Ethics/Chapel and two students in internship alongside of the Coordinator

4. CIDEL's first encounters of the new year (offering training to Catholic Priests and Sisters who request a leadership seminar - We have done 8 hours of training on the Power of Character that was highly appreciated)

Requests:

1. For reform on the structure, the by-laws, to further the vision of promoting great leaders of integrity (There are some groups of people who are reviewing CIDEL's documents in the light of the activities done through years.

2. Wisdom to organize continuing training for new professors of the University to meet the request of the Rector of the University of Bangui (CIDEL is positioned as an academic organization who can make a difference in the lives of trainers)

3. God's provision for CIDEL to be able to organize and deliever the leadership seminars to the members of the Parliament in the second half of March 2019 (Pray for financial aspect of the seminar)

4. A pedagogical trip with the students trained by CIDEL to share what was learnt for the development of Character to the students and administrative staff of the sister university in Mbaïki, South of Bangui in couple months.

5. God's help in my personal and family life to have balance in the many activities we have (managing Encompass Ministry Center, CIDEL, family, etc). Currently I am facilitating a workshop on the integration of Ex-Combatants in the Army. The workshop is organized by the Security Reform Sector of the UN and the national part. We have to present the final report with recommandations to the Head of the State next week.

I had a good meeting with the President of our Parliament Tuesday to discuss the leadership seminar scheduled in the second half of March. He acknowledged all the efforts done by CIDEL since 13 years now and is eager to see the seminar happen. Pray that I will be joined by PLI instructors during that seminar. The exact dates will be communicated later. For those instructors willing to join, please keep your agenda from 15-30 of march free.

I am facilitating a workshop on the integration and harmonisation of the statutes of Ex-Combatants from the armed groups in CAR. I was requested by the Security Reform Sector of the UN and the national part to help coordinate the discussions that will bring us to submit a practical proposition to the Government at the end of this month. Pray that God will grant me with wisdom and knowledge to show his grace among the politicians, military and all the participants to that strategic planning for peace in my country.

Dear prayer worriors

I want to thank you all for your continuous prayer support for my family, my ministry and my country. Although the UN Security Council did not release my country from the embargo that took place since 2014, the political dialogue for peace between the Government and the armed groups leaders in Sudan will end today with a signature of agreements for peace. The final signature will take place here in Bangui. We wait to know what is the content of the agreement concerning the requests of the armed groups have presented for Amnesty and getting in their charge the cabinet of Prime Minister in the Government. Those requests are not in favor of the population who are also requesting tolerance zero in the way the Government has to deal with the situation of injustice in the country. Please continue to pray that God will bring peace and security throughout my country. Only the prayer supports give me strenghts, wisdom and courage to keep doing what God call me to do among my people to raise up godly people for his kingdom. I sense the impact of the prayers in my life, the life of my family and my ministry.

Great opportunities are ahead of me this 2019 year. The leadership seminar CIDEL has had with the Catholic Priests and Sisters in January 16 th has an impact. I was invited later by the Director of a catholic seminar to train his students on why it is so important to train young Christian leaders on God's word. More requests will come from the Episcopalian Conference for more biblical input through our ethical leadership seminars.

I will be facilitating an important workshop on Security Sector Reform starting tomorrow to the end of February. The goal of that workshop is to come up with realistic proposal on how to integrate the ex-combatants who will go through Disarmment, Demobilization and Reintegration with adequate position/title in the military entities. I will act as a national facilitator together with an international facilitator from the UN office in New York. Please pray that God will use me in a manner that the participants to the workshop will see his work in me and through me and glorify his name. Pray that the final document from that workshop will be approved by the President of the State who has requested such workshop. In the past I did not accept to be a consultant for the pre-DDR when I was asked to do by the UN (MINUSCA) as I was trained in Barcelona in DDR senior intensive course in 2013. Since they continue to get my help, I sense the necessity to accept the consultation and be the facilitator. I hope my background as a Police chaplain and a trained in DDR will be a support for the success of that consultation with the grace of God.

Tomorrow after I will have an audience with the President of the Parliament to present him the desire of CIDEL to help train the members of the Parliament on the Power of Character, the Prevention of corruption and other topics that will enhance their ability to do their legal work for the best of the country. I will also encourage him to get an invitation of the German Parliament to participate to the 24th Berlin International Gathering (Prayer Breakfast) in June 4-8, 2019 which I have done in 2017 for the Prime Minister who came home with a new paradigm of governing in partnership with God. The result of the Prime Minister to the prayer breakfast in Germany was the start of the Prayer Breakfast in CAR since 2017. I was appointed by a German former member of the Parliament Honorable Rudolf Decker to be a link between their prayer breakfast with the leaders of my country since 2011 when I met him in Kinshasa, DRC during my leadership mission with Pointman Leadership Institute.

My prayer is that God will grant me good health and means to accomplish his will among those in positions of authority in my country and beyond our borders.

Dear Prayer Warriors,

As the Africa Union, the United Nations are coordinating the political dialogue between the Government and the rebels groups in Khartoum/Sudan since January 24 till January 31, 2019,

Since the UN Security Council is discussing the issue of embargo on the CAR today,

Since we, citizen of the CAR want our army to protect us, we come to you again with the request of urgent prayers to the God who has changed the heart of King Cyrus to become a State man and act in favor of his people, to intervene among the members of the UN Security Council to release the embargo on my country.

I am confident that God will hear prayers of his children.

Thanks for standing beside us in time of sorrow, trial and human abuse of the dignity of mankind created with the image of God.

Pray also that the dialogue in Sudan will end with ceasefire and peace.

Dear prayer supporter,

Yesterday CIDEL's team and PLI instructors have a wonderful leadership seminar on the Power of Character on behalf of 26 Catholic Priests and Sisters who requested our training. They were overwhelmed by the content, the quality and the important of the training. I praise God that we have the opportunity to share God's principles with those religious leaders who highly appreciated our training.

We are preparing an important encounter with the members of the CAR Parliament to train more than 140 from that State Institution. We need your prayer for a good preparation before March 2019. Please pray that the Political Dialogue scheduled for January 24th in Khartoum/Sudan will bring understanding on peace in the country. We are tired of violences and human abuse and want God's divine intervention in the hearts of those who do not respect the dignity of human being.

Thank you for your friendship in the Lord's ministry for years now.

Greetings from Africa!

Our new year of grace was introduced by the celebration of the incarnation of God through the virgin birth of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. The Christmas message is a message of Immanuel, God with us through the years.

2019 is another sequence of time before us. My wish is that Immanuel will continue the spiritual journey with us wherever we are or go throughout this year.

I am very happy to exchange the blessings of God with you during the past years. I hope we will continue to serve and encourage each other to keep our faith in Jesus.

I appreciate your continue prayer support for my family and ministry in a "Dark continent" such us Africa that God is doing great things. I am very grateful to be one of those God is using to lift up his glory in the African continent.

More opportunities are before me this year. Please intercede for:

1- My trip with Marie Helene to the national conference of the Grace Brethren churches in Bossangoa north-west of the country from 7-11 January 2019

From the Editor:

I recently received an email from Augustin Hibaile. In it he shared some discouragements he is currently facing. One involves the lack of board members. He is asking for prayer that God will raise up individuals who will catch the vision of CIDEL's ministry.

A second discouragment involves those with whom he works. Since 2005, CIDEL has functioned with three full time workers (including Dr. Hibalie). However, recently one of his staff had to go on administrative leave while another has accepted a call to serve as a missionary in Ivory Coast. This leaves Dr. Hibaile all alone to attempt to take on increasing opportunities for ministry.

He is right now feeling overwhelmed with these developments. In his own words: "This is my spiritual warfare I am facing these days. I need your prayers. Please mobilize prayer warriors to support me during this difficult time so that God will bring godly workers into his harvest."

Please join me in praying for our brother. And ask others to pray as well!

Greetings to every one!

Praise God we are able to make it graciously in the month of August.

July was a little bit difficult for my family and ministry but God is still in control.

There is a strike at the hospital so my daughter is not scheduled yet for her surgery. Please pray for the opportunity my daughter can have for her treatment.

The project of CIDEL for a pedagogical mission to the University in the South of Bangui was postponed until next month. We have a three days workshop planned with the pastors of the District of Bangui II (Grace Brethren Churches) that was scheduled for today, was also postponed because the Pastors and their wives were not ready.

Please pray for my family and for CIDEL's ministry. We are facing the devil opposition in many ways but count on the power and authority of our Lord.

Please continue to pray for the situation in the Central African Republic as armed conflict continues in many parts of the country. On May 24th, the United States State Department issued the following travel advisory on the Central African Republic:

Do not travel to Central African Republic (CAR) due to crime and civil unrest.

Violent crime, such as armed robbery, aggravated battery, and homicide, is common.

Large areas of the country are controlled by armed groups who regularly kidnap, injure, and/or kill civilians. In the event of unrest, airport, land border, and road closures may occur with little or no notice.

The U.S. government has limited ability to provide emergency services to U.S. citizens in the Central African Republic as U.S. government employees must obtain special authorization to travel outside the Embassy compound.

Please pray for Dr. Hibaile and his family ... for their safety and for their ministry of the gospel. Pray also for the funds he requires to continue ministering to those in government, both in the CAR and in the surrounding countries. The door is open for him to proclaim Christ. Pray that the lack of funds will not hinder his ministry!

Dear supporters,

I just arrived in Yaounde, Cameroon yesterday together with Pastor Mboi Andre, Abakar Ibrahim, Ismael Nogba and Jean de Dieu Lagnassa. We will meet with Evangelists from Chad, Cameroon and Encompass Experts Frank Puhl and Paul Klawitter to strategize about how to do Evangelisation in the Central African region now and in the future. The meeting will begin tomorrow until Friday.

I will have one week to rest, relax and visit with my daughter Jessie and her family before going back to Bangui on Saturday March 3, 2018.

Praise God for the opportunity CIDEL has to bring the leaders of the para church organisations in Bangui in a workshop where the question of taking our full responsibilities and inspiring trust and confidence was discussed at the Center of Ethics/Chapel at the University of Bangui. I was pleased with the participants of those invited and their contribution. We were asked to continue with such meeting.

Please pray for CIDEL's project to travel to Bozoum (West of the country) to do a workshop with the Pastors and their wives on the renewing of mind (Rom. 12:2) on different topics from March 17-22, 2018.

Pray for CIDEL's project to bring some students of the university of Bangui trained on leadership and ethics in our center to share the principles on how to change their habits, their attitude in leadership with the students of the Agricultural Departement of the University in Mbaiki during the second trimester.

Pray for a serie of leadership training with the professors of the University of Bangui requested by the President of the University

Project of leadership training with the key leaders of the Political Parties in CAR to train them on the Power of character, the prevention of corruption, governing as Statemen not politician, Governing in partnership with God, etc.

Pray that God will provide with financial means to allow CIDEL to meet his growing ministry in the CAR.

Greetings to all,

Today my wife and I were invited to a diner with 26 couples that we have been their best man and maiden of honor since 2006. In 2012, God inspired us to organize an agape with all the couples we have worked with them in their marriages and have the first diner of the year in January 1, 2012. The second experience was in January 1, 2015 during the time of unrest in CAR. The third was held at the home of the first couple that we have been with them in 2006 and the fourth agape took place today.

We were encouraged by the testimonies of several of those couples who have been blessed by God since they became married and are doing their best to be faithful. They said that my marriage with Marie Helene has given a good example to them. We praised God for giving us such ministry that is blessing many families and impacting the lives of many children who will follow the examples of their parents.

Thank you for all your support for my family and ministry in the Central African Republic.
